What we do...
At Viventia, we help families move from power struggles to peaceful connection by teaching parents how to identify and support the skills their child may be missing.
We focus on real solutions that make sense in everyday life — not judgment or blame. Inspired by Dr. Ross Greene’s Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) model, we emphasize understanding, emotional safety, and working *with* children to overcome behavioral challenges.
Together, we turn stress into strategy and frustration into growth.
Who we are...
Viventia was created out of a simple truth: when parents thrive, children do too.
After years of providing therapeutic day treatment and intensive in-home services across Virginia, we saw a gap — parents were left without the ongoing support they needed to help their children grow emotionally and behaviorally.
Viventia fills that gap with compassion, skill-building, and culturally affirming care. We meet families where they are — offering flexible wellness education, parent coaching, and school partnerships rooted in respect and collaboration.
Our name, Viventia, comes from the Latin word for “living.” It’s a reminder that parenting is not a destination — it’s an active, evolving journey. You don’t have to walk it alone.
✨ Founder Bio✨

Viventia is led by Anissa Stewart — a Qualified Mental Health Professional, parent, and advocate for culturally affirming care.
With years of experience supporting families through Therapeutic Day Treatment, Intensive In-Home services, and school-based behavioral programs, Anissa understands firsthand how overwhelming parenting can be — especially when you're trying to do everything right without the right support. Her work is rooted in empathy, respect, and real-life understanding.
As a parent herself, she brings compassion without judgment, offering parents and caregivers a safe space to reset, reconnect, and rediscover their confidence.
Anissa created Viventia to fill the gap she saw every day — where families needed guidance, but didn’t want clinical therapy. Through education, connection, and collaboration, she’s helping parents feel seen, supported, and strong.
